At Moovr, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

With the original packaging and tags

Free from stains, odors, damage, washing, or signs of use
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
Size Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or want to exchange your item for another size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we review your case, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items bought during clearance or final sale promotions, unless defective

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, wallet transfer, or another available refund method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side, such as a wrong or defective item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is due to an error from Moovr, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellation
You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our return policy.
